Ann has been a Licensed Realtor since May of 2001 and is proud of her achievements, including the ReMax International Hall of Fame Award, The Platinum Club Award for sales volume, and most recently named a 2019 Minneapolis /St Paul Magazine Top Agent. Ann is also proud of her contributions to the Children's Miracle Network through every closing that she has. Ann is also a Certified Residential Specialist, and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.

Laura began her career in Waconia in 2013 and feels it is a privilege to serve this great community. She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and coached dance team at Waconia High School for 5 years. Laura enjoys travel, boating on Lake Waconia, and being active. She is recognized as an award-winning agent both individually and as a contributing member of Re/Max at large and has also been listed among Minnesota Monthly’s “Best Real Estate Professionals”. Laura graduated magna cum laude from Saint Mary’s University in Winona, Minnesota. During her time there, she was heavily involved in music, theater, choreography, coaching, and dance, holding various leadership positions within different ensembles and productions.

Ben has been a resident of Waconia and Carver County since 1992. Graduating from Waconia High School and being active in athletics and the community has led Ben to create many special relationships within the area. Ben attended Winona State University in Winona, MN. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and was a 4-year starter on the baseball as a shortstop. His success in athletics has taught him great leadership skills and work ethic that he carries to his professional career in real estate.
Ben has been fully licensed in real estate since February 2010. His primary focus is working alongside buyers to help them realize their goal of purchasing the home of their dreams. He prides himself on actively communicating with buyers and sellers throughout the entire home buying or selling process and beyond. Having lived in the Waconia area for 20 plus years brings a major competitive edge for his clients to be successful with their real estate goals. Being part of a team that has such experience and knowledge within the local community is also something he takes pride in. He knows the ins and outs of the local market and the community which lets his clients feel assured as they make one of the most important purchases of their lives.

Robbie grew up in Waconia and after graduating from Vermillion Community College came back to Waconia to enter into the real estate business. Robbie has a passion for helping others, and has been able to channel that passion into helping young buyers through the buying process. His first full year working with the Jeff Schulz Team and RE/MAX Advantage Plus, Robbie closed over 17 transactions.
His hobbies include playing baseball, hockey, golf, broomball, hunting, fishing and anything outdoors. He loves helping first time home buyers find their first house and teach them about the process of home buying. He is a young, motivated, professional who looks forward to working every day.
